Welcome to The National Family Law Practice, an e-based law firm, specialising in all aspects of family law. We pride ourselves on being slightly different from the norm.

We offer English family law advice on a national and international basis – wherever you are in the country or the world we are able to assist you.

Family proceedings are incredibly stressful. We aim to reduce that stress by dealing with your case quickly and sensitively and by keeping you fully informed at all times. We will always discuss your options with you, and will always advise as to which the most cost effective way forward is.

We are more than happy to work electronically and over the telephone, which cuts the “hidden” costs of instructing a lawyer – you do not have to take time off work or travel to visit us unless you want to.  However, we are able to arrange meetings either nationally or internationally or at our offices in Wirral should you require one.  If your case goes to Court you will meet the barrister who will represent you at a place of your choice.

We always remember that we work for you, and will work at fitting in with your life. If you want to speak to someone at 8:30am or at 8:30pm, you are welcome to do so, by arrangement. You can email us at anytime.

We will endeavour to resolve your issues as quickly as possible. We will keep you fully informed at all times in an expeditious manner – unless we have to, we don't communicate with you by traditional post, preferring the quicker option of email. We scan all documents received into your file and forward them to you by email as we receive them - so you're as up to date as we are.

We believe in being proactive, rather than reactive. We believe in settling matters by negotiation wherever possible – often testing our imagination to the full to find a practical solution which fits in with your requirements, seeing court as a measure of last resort. However, you can rest assured that should your case enter the court arena, you will have the best possible representation, by someone who knows your case as well as you do.
